研究概要

進行大腸癌の術後の予後を予測し、切除不能進行再発大腸癌の抗がん剤感受性を予測する遺伝子セットを抽出するために、進行大腸癌の腫瘍組織からRNAを抽出し網羅的遺伝子発現を行った。進行大腸癌の遺伝子発現プロファイルはunsupervised解析による3つの大きなクラスターに分類されることを発見した。この3つのクラスターは大腸癌の標準化学療法に対する感受性が異なることは判明した。現在、supervised解析で各抗がん剤(投与法)に相関する遺伝子セットの統計学的な方法での抽出を試みている。
