研究概要

RyR2におけるN末端ドメインとセントラルドメイン間のドメイン連関障害によってCaMのRyR2への結合親和性の低下が引き起こされ、結果として不全心筋における異常カルシウム放出が起こっている。このようなCaMの結合親和性の低下を是正することが、心不全・不整脈における異常カルシウム放出を防ぐ新たな治療戦略となる可能性がある。
