研究概要

アジア経済は1997年の通貨危機に引き続き、リーマンショック以降の欧米不況により深刻な影響を受けた。その理由は高度成長が外資誘致による輸出振興が生み出した生産ネットワーク、そして比較優位構造の類似にある。技術移転をはかり、輸出先の多角化、輸出産業の差別化、国内と地域内の需要創出を早急に測る必要がある。セーフティ・ネット等の充実も課題の一つであり、後発アジアの発展のためには国際機関によるインフラ建設の重要性も否めない。
