研究概要

高い反応性をもつエテントリカルボン酸エステル誘導体と、置換プロパルギルアルコール、エチニルアニリン、アミノベンズアルデヒド、アミノアセタール、アレン等との種々のルイス酸触媒によって促進される付加環化反応で、多くの生物活性物質の基本骨格である、含窒素、酸素および炭素環化合物であるテトラヒドロフラン、シクロブタン、キノリン、インドール、ピロリジン、インデン誘導体などを得る新規効率的結合形成反応を見出した。
