研究概要

真菌クリプトコックスの細胞周期制御の鍵分子、G1サイクリンの分子機能解析を行い、また、本菌の細胞周期制御と低酸素ストレス状態における環境応答との連関の解析を進めた。更に、真菌クリプトコックス・細菌スタフィロコッカス相互作用における真菌細胞死を誘導する細菌側トリッガー、トリオースリン酸イソメラーゼ分子がブドウ球菌
