研究概要

培養BEAS2B細胞にて,TGF-βにより上皮間葉移行の誘導を行った.この誘導はTLRligand添加下において増強した.上皮間葉移行の研究を遂行すべく,COPD患者からヒトiPS細胞を作成し,II型肺胞上皮細胞の誘導を試みている
