研究概要

術前化学療法としてシクロホスファミド+エピルビシンを施行した原発性乳癌症例60例について初回化学療法施行後18-24時間に針生検を施行し、乳癌細胞におけるBRCA1,γH2AX,およびRad51のDNA損傷部位への集積を免疫染色にて核内foci形成として同定し、DNA損傷修復能としてスコア化した。腫瘍縮小率との相関を解析したところ、サブタイプ分類を含む臨床病理学的因子とは独立した最も有意な化学療法感受性の予見因子であった。
