研究概要

本研究では、自己免疫疾患の治療法を開発することを目指し、免疫系の調節機構を解明する事を研究目的とした。その結果、Notch シグナルが、細胞傷害性 T リンパ球分化、CD4 陽性 T リンパ球からの IL-22 産生、腸管マクロファージ分化、記憶 T リンパ球の維持に重要な役割を持つことを見いだした。さらに、PSMB8 の遺伝子変異に起因する新しい自己炎症性症候群を見いだすことに成功した。
