研究概要

日本人の単一精子由来全胞状奇胎DNA100サンプルについて、高密度DNAアレイを用いたSNPジェノタイピングとコピー数多型(CNV)検出を行い、日本人ゲノムのSNP/CNVハプロタイプを実験的に決定した。これらのデータは日本人集団における参照ハプロタイプ構造として有用である。また塩基配列多型情報を利用して同胞肺癌症例の全エキソン配列解析を行い、癌抑制遺伝子CHEK2上にタンパク質構造を不安定化する同症例の原因突然変異を同定した。
