研究概要

胃における食塊攪拌過程を,流体力学の移動境界問題として取り扱うための計算力学モデルを構築した.胃壁の蠕動運動および食塊-胃内ガスの自由表面を境界条件として与える.食塊の種類や量,および蠕動運動のパターンなどの生理学的条件をパラメータとした解析を行い,これらが攪拌効率や胃内部の応力場にどのように影響しているのかを明らかにした.
