研究概要

Potexvirus属のasparagus virus X、Carlavirus属のフキモザイクウイルス、Comovirus属のダイコンひだ葉モザイクウイルスのカリフォルニア系統のゲノム塩基配列を決定した。これらの植物RNAウイルスのゲノム配列とデータベース上の既知配列とを比較することにより、ゲノム配列の多様性の一端を明らかにすることができた。
