研究概要

東南アジアの農業生態系において、生物的防除資材として働くハナカメムシ類を調査した。タイ中部・北東部の農村地帯を中心に調査し、果菜類の害虫を捕食するOrius sp.(未記載種)Wollastoniella spp.、C. affinisを具体的な天敵候補として挙げた。外観的に酷似した種が多く識別が困難であるが、写真や図を用いて形質を抽出し簡易な同定法を作成した。
