研究概要

ヒト腎生検組織をmicro disectionし、mRNAを抽出してDNAマイクロアレイによる網羅的遺伝子発現解析を行ったが、充分な感度は得られていない。急性腎障害動物モデルに関するDNAアレイ研究につきバイオ・インフォマティクス・ツールで解析を行い、共通した発現変化を示す遺伝子群を同定した。これらの遺伝子群を糖尿病性腎症(DN)におけるDNAアレイ結果と比較し、進行性DNをclustering解析で予測できた。さらに転写調節機構の解析方法の確立に努めた
