The study concentrated on intense analytical validation with a lab on chip CD type EIS hardware which was made in year 2020 in Takei lab by using malaria parasite-infected primates conducted in collaboration with Chiba University Hospital further limited field testing at Chiba University Hospital in Japan. For this reason, the humanized mouse, which is less costly and more conv enient to maintain, was used for in vitro test. The mouse is infected by injection the parasite P.falciparum into blood stream via an intravenous route because the intravenous route is stable and ensure the long-lasting presence of parasite within the mouse host. Moreover, the parasite can reach 10% of concentration by adding new parasite intravenously every 2 or 3 days. Then the we ll-prepared blood of mouse was tested by the new a lab on chip CD type EIS hardware under different conditions. This technology once successful will see prompt detection of malaria parasite at a very early stage.
