研究概要

2002年に予言された高密度Ｋ中間子核の実験的理論的研究が進められた。K-ppが陽子陽子衝突反応で強く生成されるとの予言どおり、DISTO実験pp->Λ+p+K+ 反応の解析から、100MeVもの深い束縛エネルギーをもつ状態K-ppが見つかった。Faddeev-Yakubovsky法を用いたK-pp, K-K-ppなどの構造計算がKbarN相互作用を広範囲に変えて行われた。K-ppの束縛エネルギーの観測値は、標準相互作用における計算値の約２倍もあり、カイラル対称性の部分的回復によるものと理解された。二重Ｋ中間子原子核K-K-ppは陽子陽子衝突反応で生成されることが理論計算によって示された。
