癌病態評価高精度ゲノムミニアレイの開発

研究概要

外科切除により採取された胃癌症例を用いてアレイCGH解析を行い、リンパ節転移の有無や組織型といった臨床病理学的事項と関係の深いBACクローンを抽出し、胃癌の病態評価のためのミニアレイを作製した。このミニアレイで新規胃癌症例について病態予測を行ったところ、リンパ節転移が実際にない症例のうち7割のものを正しく予測できた。今後精度を上げるための検討は必要だが、今回開発したミニアレイは癌の病態評価(予測)に十分利用できると考えられる。
