研究概要

進行頭頸部癌に対する治療成績の向上を目的に、 NKT細胞免疫系を利用した細胞免疫治療が標準治療後のアジュバント療法として有効性について検討を進行咽頭癌症例、頭頸部悪性黒色腫症例で標準治療後、あるいは重粒子線治療後にCRと判定された症例に行った。投与はNKT細胞のリガンドをパルスした抗原提示細胞の鼻粘膜投与法によりおこなった。経過観察期間が短いが生存率への寄与が期待され、さらに症例の蓄積を続けている。
