研究概要

市場経済における価格変化と所得変化に対する消費者余剰とそれによる社会厚生関数の公理化可能性の分析について研究を行った。消費者余剰による社会厚生関数がいくつかの公理(パレート性公理、対称性公理、独立性公理、連続性公理)によって特定化可能であることを証明した。これは、公理の条件をこれ以上に強めるとアロー型不可能性定理が成立することを意味している。よって、消費者余剰による社会的評価が整合的で政策分析に適用可能であると結論できる。
