研究概要

本研究では、医用画像診断に適した改良形GMDH-typeニューラルネットワークアルゴリズムを開発して、肝臓癌の医用画像診断に応用した。このアルゴリズムでは、医用画像診断のための知識ベースを用いて、医用画像診断に適した改良形GMDH-typeニューラルネットワーク構造を自己組織化しており、医用画像の特徴を正確に同定することができる。対象となる医用画像の複雑さに最も適したネットワーク構造は予測誤差評価基準(PSS)を最小にするように自動的に自己組織化されるために、医用画像診断への応用が容易であることが示された。
