研究概要

申請者は、Id2遺伝子欠損マウス, Id3欠損マウスにおいて、B細胞活性化状況が異なることに起因すると思われる免疫反応の常を見いだしている。この差異を生み出す分子基盤を明らかにする目的にて、Id2-/-B細胞、Id3-/-B細胞と、コントロールB細胞の遺伝子発現プロファイリングを行った。その結果、Id2, Id3欠損により発現量に変化の見られる多数の遺伝子群が明らかになっが、それぞれのId機能特異性に依存した遺伝子発現制御機構の詳細の解明には、更なる解析が必要である。
