研究概要

がん微小環境における骨髄由来間葉系幹細胞の役割を検討し、がんの進展過程における「がん幹細胞性の回復」に密接に関与することを明らかにした。がん細胞と間葉系細胞との間の接触がWNT5AやTGF・・を刺激するメカニズムについて検討を行った。
