研究概要

AFP産生胃癌は胃癌の中で悪性度の高い亜型である。GATA-4は消化管や肝臓の発生に関与する遺伝子である。通常の胃腺癌と比較検討した結果、AFP産生胃癌においてGATA-4の発現は通常胃癌でみられるDNAのメチル化でなくヒストンの脱アセチル化により抑制されていることが解明された。
