転写因子ELF2の機能解析と予後因子としての有用性の検討

研究概要

転移関連因子であるVCPの発現に関連する転写因子PBX群、ELF2の機能解析を行った。肺癌、食道癌、胃癌の検討では、PBX2が最も予後を反映する臨床病理学的に有用な因子であることが明らかになった。膵がん細胞株に対しcDNAマイクロアレイを用いた検討を行ったところ、Meis1siRNA導入によりミトコンドリア遺伝子の発現が低下したが、PBX1, PBX2, Prep1, ELF2に対するsiRNAでは低下しなかった。
