研究概要

1) 低分化型大腸癌細胞株のGefitinib感受性におけるHER3の役割について検討し、HER3が大腸がん細胞の細胞分化や分子標的薬(gefitionib)感受性に重要な役割を果たしている可能性を示唆した。
2) HER2遺伝子増幅胃がん細胞株の一部の細胞においてVEGF-A高発現、BevacizumabおよびHER2標的薬との併用療法に対する高感受性を明らかにした。
3) HNSCC細胞株においてGefitinib抵抗性を示すEMT亜株を分離し、その耐性機構を明らかにした。
