研究概要

皮膚科外来患者由来MRSAの性状およびPVLの保有を検討し、市中感染型MRSAに多いSCCmecを保有する株が多く分離されることを明らかにした。得られたPVL陽性株を分子疫学的に解析した結果、米国、インド、台湾などの諸外国からの持ち込みと思われるPVL陽性株と我が国特有と思われるものの存在を明らかにした。インドおよび台湾由来と推定されるPVL陽性株はgroup3に属する新規PVLファージを保有していることを明らかにした。小児及び成人血清中の黄色ブドウ球菌及びPVLに対する抗体値を作成し、小児の場合、抗体価が低い場合が多いことを確認した。
