研究概要

新規CDMファミリー分子に焦点をあて、Tリンパ球の活性化・分化を制御する役割と、低分子量G蛋白質活性化について解析した。遺伝子欠損マウスの解析により、脾臓・リンパ節といった2次リンパ組織においてTリンパ球が著減しており、抗原に対する増殖応答も障害されることを明らかにした。また、低分子量G蛋白質Cdc42に対するグアニンヌクレオチド交換因子であることを明らかにした。
