研究概要

QUAL/FRET法は標的とする核酸保有細胞を同定する手法として有用性が高い。Probeの導入効率に関して、fluorescein標識dextranを使用し検討した。高分子の標識dextranは核内に分布せず、胞体内に分布し、設計上、比較的高分子のprobeが必要とされることが判明した。probeの導入効率を、細胞を変え、検討したが、リンパ球、接着性のある培養細胞で導入効率が50%を下回った。これらの細胞にも安定してprobeが導入できる手法の改善が今後の課題である。
