研究概要

胃癌組織内においてCD133, CD44陽性細胞の局在を確認するとともに、CD133+/CD44+陽性細胞が胃癌組織内に遊走していることを確認した。また、ヒト胃癌患者の腹水中にもCD133+/CD44+陽性細胞が遊走しており、MCP-1によって、遊走が制御されていることが判明した。
