研究概要

HCV genotype 1bにおけるPeginterferon/Ribavirin併用療法難治要因のCoreアミノ酸置換が治療・病態に及ぼす影響を検討した。Core aa70・aa91置換はPeginterferon/Ribavirinや新規治療のTelaprevir併用療法の治療効果予測因子として有用であった。更に、IFN関連療法施行例や自然経過例からの肝発癌や、糖代謝・脂質代謝の肝病態にも影響することが確認された。
