研究概要

アルコール性膵炎の発症機序を解明するためにマウス膵炎モデルを解析した。エタノール投与に加えてリポポリサッカライドを負荷することで膵炎が発症したが、発症には自然免疫に加えて獲得免疫の関与が必須であった。喫煙は膵炎の程度を増悪させた。内因性抗酸化物質の誘導により膵炎の軽減が認められ、抗酸化治療が有効な治療法となる可能性を明らかにした。
