研究概要

新規タンパク質発現調節システムのDegradation-domain(DD)/Shield-1系と、従来の転写調節ユニットTetracycline-inducibleシステムとを兼ね備えたレンチウイルスベクターを構築した。Tet-ON、Tet-Off両方との組み合わせを比較し、細胞株で検討した結果、従来のベクターより発現リークの抑制および発現調節特性の面で優れていることが示された。
