研究概要

サブスタンスPは、皮膚の感覚神経より放出され、その結果皮膚局所の炎症を惹起することが知られている。アトピー性皮膚炎の患者において、血中サブスタンスPを測定したところ、標準的治療により、血中サブスタンスPは減少し、サブスタンスPの分解酵素の遺伝子発現が増強していた。また、ストレスを与えたマウスでは、より強く接触過敏反応(かぶれ)がみられ、その機序にサブスタンスPや接着分子であるL-セレクチンの関与が示唆された。
