研究概要

アルツハイマー型認知症の新規画像診断法の確立として、造影剤を使用しないMRIを用いたArterial Spin Labelingによる脳血流測定法と^<11> C-PiBによる脳アミロイドイメージングにおいて部分容積効果を補正した方法を検討した.前者においては、多数例の健常者からなる正常画像データベースを作成し、患者のASLデータと比較することにより自動的に統計解析結果を得るシステムを開発した.脳アミロイド像における部分容積効果の補正は、アルツハイマー型認知症において萎縮のみられる大脳皮質のアミロイド集積をより正確に定量することにつながった.
