研究概要

淡明細胞型腎癌患者において、MTHFRおよびRASSF1A遺伝子型およびハプロタイプは、予後予測因子として有用である可能性が示唆された。さらに、これらの所見は淡明細胞型腎癌進展のメカニズムを解明する手がかりとなる可能性が考えられた。また、淡明細胞型腎癌発生リスクに関与している可能性のあるコピー数多型を同定した。
