研究概要

L4またはL5後根に単一および頻回刺激を加えると、グルタミン酸誘起のfast EPSPが誘起された。頻回刺激を加えると約20%の細胞ではfast EPSPに続いて緩徐シナプス応答が観察された。この応答をしめす細胞にサブスタンスPを灌流投与すると興奮性の脱分極が惹起された。Slow EPSPとサブスタンスP誘起の応答はNK1受容体拮抗薬で抑制された。記録された細胞の形態と軸索の方向から投射ニューロンと考えられた。
