研究概要

タンパク質立体構造をラベル付きグラフとして表現したときに,実装に依存しないグラフ圧縮の手法を開発し,これを利用したグラフ間の類似度を提案した.また立体構造をCα原子間の距離行列として表現したときに,行列を画像とみなし画像に対する文法を定義,できるだけ小さい文法を生成する手法を開発した.さらに最小の木文法を生成する手法も開発した.またドメイン情報を用いて,タンパク質間相互作用とタンパク質複合体を予測する手法を開発した.
