研究概要

α-シヌクレイン(αS)の新規修飾形であるO-結合型糖化αSを生化学的に解析した。αS 33Thr, 44Thr, 54ThrにNeuNAcα2-3Galβ1-3GalNAcα1が結合していることが質量分析法により明らかにした。
