研究概要

複数課題下で障害物に注意を向けるという能力を強化することで、転倒予防に有用となるのかを検証した。対象は高齢者157名(84±6歳)であり、無作為に2群に割り付けた。各群でそれぞれ、複数課題条件下(MT群)と単一課題条件下(ST群)で24週間の障害物回避トレーニングを行った。複数課題下障害物接触回数では、有意な交互作用を認め、MT群でのみ接触回数の減少を認めた。さらに、MT群では有意に転倒発生が有意に少なかった。複数課題下での障害物回避トレーニングは転倒予防に有用である。
