研究概要

第一に、中国後進地域では、企業は法制度に頼らず特定の取引先との間に強い関係を築くことで企業間信用の与受信を円滑に行おうとする傾向が確認され、また民間金融・企業間貸借に依存する傾向も観察された。第二に、後進地域においても、企業間信用による金融仲介が企業家の生成を促進するという経済全体に対する貢献を、一定程度していることが計量的に解明された。第三に、中国における法制度の良好な機能は、企業間信用の発達を通じて間接的に企業家の生成を促進していることが計量的に示された。
