研究概要

本研究は日本市場に特有の要素を取り込んだ新しい視点から、新規株式公開(Initial Public Offerings、IPO)を行う企業の個別リスクを推定し、アノマリー(市場における変則的な株価変動)との関係について実証的に検証した。その結果、IPO前の株主構成が、IPOにおける株式の売却や、アンダープライシングに影響を与えていることが明らかとなった。
