研究概要

サリドマイドおよび代謝物の薬理作用に関わる諸要因の現象的・分子作用レベル的解析、同生物作用を指標とした医薬化学的な構造展開研究・構造活性相関解析、ならびに創製し薬理活性が認められたサリドマイド誘導体の各現象に関わる情報伝達系の解析を遂行した。本研究はサリドマイドの理解とその改良のための基盤データとして有用であり、より一般的な活性化合物創薬手法の提案に直結したものであると考えている。
