研究概要

ネズミマラリア原虫人工染色体を用い、薬剤耐性原虫より遺伝子ライブラリーを作製し、耐性遺伝子を同定する方法を確立した。また熱帯熱マラリア原虫人工染色体を作製し、遺伝子ライブラリー作製を試みた。
