研究概要

本研究では,覚醒剤・向精神薬乱用者の中枢神経系および内分泌系組織について,アルツハイマー病やクロイツフェルトヤコブ病などの神経変性疾患で増加することが知られているアポリポプロテインE4,アポリポプロテインBおよびアポリポプロテインJの発現動態を免疫組織化学的手法および分子生物学的手法(mRNA発現)を用いて解析した.その結果,部位による発現の相違はあるものの,火災,熱中症および凍死などの異常温度環境下においてアポリポプロテインの発現に加え,薬物乱用者におけるアポリポプロテインの発現が明らかとなった.
