研究概要

サイクロフィリンAの肺高血圧における意義に関して、基礎から臨床まで実際の治療を視野にいれた詳細な研究を行い、サイクロフィリンAが血管平滑筋細胞における酸化ストレス増幅蛋白として機能する可能性が示唆された。分泌された細胞外サイクロフィリンAは炎症細胞の遊走を促すと同時に、血管平滑筋細胞の増殖や遊走能を高め、肺高血圧の病態に重要である可能性が示唆された。
