研究概要

尿路上皮癌と腎細胞癌を対象として、マイクロRNA関連遺伝子多型の検討を行った。マイクロRNA合成経路に関連する遺伝子上の多型は、腎細胞がんの発症と、治療後の予後との有意な関連を認め、悪性度の高い表現型をもつ癌においてその進展を修飾している可能性があり、予後予測マーカーとしての有用性が示唆された。また、マイクロRNA 遺伝子上の多型に対する検討も行ったが、癌の発症と進展との有意な関連は認めず、多型解析の対象としての意義は少ないと思われた。
