研究開始時の研究の概要 |
This research project aims to provide realistic solutions to practical problems which English teachers face every day. It is hoped that the workshops, the EKL website, and the teaching handbooks will help understand the problems that English teachers face and support pre-service teachers’ professional development by providing ways to improve their English teaching skills. This research study aims to provide support for pre-service English teachers through practical teaching workshops, online support (through the EKL website), and practical teaching handbooks.

These workshops provided practical support for the pre-service teachers to help improve their professional development. The first workshop was held in June and focussed on two themes - ‘Cultivating English language learners’ creativity’ and 'Improving students' writing'.

理由
The research team has worked hard to overcome the delays caused by the covid virus pandemic. Two workshops for pre-service English teachers were held and they were very successful.
|
今後の研究の推進方策 |
For the upcoming academic year the research team will hold two more pre-service workshops. They will analyze the data collected through these workshops to help improve future workshops and create material for the EKL website.
