研究概要

ストレス評価・うつ病予知に有用な血液中のRNAマーカーを探索した。急性ストレス特異的なSMG-1のスプライシングを報告し(Neurosci Lett 2010)、慢性ストレス時のGR-βアイソフォームの発現低下を報告した(Stress 2011)。さらに、急性ストレス特異的マイクロRNAとして、miR-144*`miR-144, miR-16を (Neurosci Lett 2012)。慢性心理的ストレス徳的なマイクロRNAとして、7つのマイクロRNAも同定した。
