研究概要

本研究では、量子群Uq(sl2) に関連する量子不変量と結び目補空間の双曲体積との関係を示す「体積予想」に注目し、関連する研究を行うとともに、この量子群の半単純ではない表現に注目し、この表現と対応する結び目の量子不変量についての研究を進めてきた。そして、体積予想を応用して結び目補空間の幾何構造や、定曲率空間中の多面体の体積に関する公式を得るとともに、半単純ではない表現に対応する、3次元多様体中の結び目に関する新たな不変量を構成した。
