研究概要

本研究課題では
(1)26Sプロテアソームの精製と結晶化
(2)本酵素複合体の溶液状態での形状解析と位相計算のためのモデリング、を目的とした。遺伝子改変型酵母株のうち 1179株からの精製において微結晶を得ることができ、低分解能(12Å)での回折斑点を得て電子密度を求めた。この時(2)での溶液状態での形状を元に位相計算を行った。
