研究概要

葉緑体NAD(P)Hデヒドロゲナーゼ複合体(NDH)とは、葉緑体チラコイド膜上の、光合成に不可欠な循環的電子伝達経路を構成する複合体であり、循環的電子伝達にかかわることを近年の研究で明らかにしてきた。本研究ではNDH複合体の分子実体の解明に焦点を絞り、最近可能となった公開データベースを利用したバイオインフォマティクスを駆使して、未知サブユニットの同定を行うとともに、これまでの知見を総合した構造モデルを作成することおよび、新規同定サブユニットの機能解明を行った。
